React/Next.js/TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL. Deep PostHog (events, flags, experiments, replay, SQL). Rigorous A/B testing. AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, MCP) is daily workflow. Small senior team; also own attribution, pixels, Core Web Vitals, internal growth tooling.
